Programs and Services
We are committed to offering a wide range of programs and services designed to assist individuals and families facing hardship in our community.
At Iron County Care and Share, we firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe place to sleep and enough food to eat.
We are dedicated to providing essential resources and compassionate support to individuals and families facing hardship in our community.
Our mission is rooted in the conviction that no one should have to worry about where they will sleep or where their next meal will come from.
Together, we strive to ensure that every person in our community has the opportunity to thrive and live with dignity.
From emergency shelter and food assistance to outreach initiatives and supportive services, our goal is to address immediate needs while fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

We offer these services:

Our food pantry provides groceries to individuals and families in need. First-time visitors are encouraged to complete a short intake form prior to visiting. Food is available to households at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level — no citizenship requirements apply. We also offer resources to help you apply for SNAP benefits and other programs like CSFP and school-based pantries.
Emergency Shelter
Our emergency shelter offers a safe, compassionate space for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Guests are welcomed with dignity and supported by staff who take time to understand each person's unique needs. After three days, guests meet with a case manager to create a personalized plan and connect with resources
Drop-in Services
Our drop-in services are available to anyone in need — no appointment or intake required. We offer daily meals, access to showers and laundry, and other essentials like snacks when available. Whether you need a hot breakfast, a place to clean up, or a sack lunch to go, you’re always welcome here.
Case Management
Our Case Management program offers free, personalized support to low-income individuals and families in Iron County and surrounding areas. We help connect clients with essential services like job assistance, transportation, medical support, and benefits applications.
